1. Delivery Costs
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Shipping fees appear as a separate line at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note: Orders sent to countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Union may be liable to customs duties, import VAT and other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are not imposed by NOVIRA and must be paid directly by the recipient to the relevant customs authority or carrier upon arrival.
2. Dispatch Timeframes
Delivery estimates run from the date your order is confirmed and payment is cleared. Orders submitted on working days before 14:00 are usually prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Where an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be noted on the product page. In extraordinary circumstances — such as force majeure, industrial action or other unforeseeable events — dispatch may be subject to delay. We will keep you informed as promptly as possible should this arise.
3. Our Logistics Partners
Your order is shipped via a selection of well-established carriers, including:
- Royal Mail
- DHL
- DPD
- Evri
- UPS (for international shipments)
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery at any time.
4. Delivery Address
Please take care to enter a complete and accurate delivery address before placing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, changes to the delivery address are no longer possible.
5. Split Shipments
In certain circumstances it may be necessary to fulfil an order across more than one parcel — for example, when individual items become available at different times. No extra delivery charge will be passed on to you in these cases.
6. Accepted Payment Methods
The following options are available when you check out:
- Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer (where applicable)
We reserve the right to restrict the availability of certain payment methods depending on factors such as order value, destination country or other objective considerations.
7. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed via SSL/TLS-encrypted, fully secured connections. Our payment partners are accredited to PCI DSS Level 1. Card details are submitted directly to the respective payment provider — full card information is never held by NOVIRA at any stage.
8. Invoicing
A VAT invoice is automatically produced for every order and sent to you by email. It includes all legally required details, with the VAT amount shown as a separate item.
9. Delivery Problems
If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, or if your parcel shows signs of damage on arrival, please write to us at contact@novira.com quoting your order number. We will look into the matter and aim to find a solution as quickly as possible.
