Important Information

  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you — or a third party other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.
  • It is sufficient for your withdrawal notice to be dispatched before the 14-day period has come to an end.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have stated otherwise.
  • You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
